The deal, in plain words

Who can use it

You need to be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you're using Graffiti Spot on behalf of a crew or organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.

Your content

• What you post stays yours. By posting, you give us permission to host and display it inside the app so the scene can see it.
• You're responsible for what you upload — only post photos you have the right to share, and keep to the code.
• We can hide or remove content that breaks the code or the law, and doxxing posts are auto-hidden the moment they're reported.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the map to doxx, harass, or point people at private individuals, homes or businesses.
• Don't scrape, resell or bulk-export the data, and don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't impersonate other writers or claim work that isn't yours.

Status is guidance, not law

Legal-status labels on the map are community-reported and can be wrong or out of date. They are not legal advice. Painting a wall is your decision and your responsibility — always check local rules first. Graffiti Spot doesn't authorise, encourage or take responsibility for anything you paint.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it up and accurate, but we can't promise it's always available, complete or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we're not liable for losses that come from using it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the app grows; material changes get a new date above, and continuing to use Graffiti Spot means you accept them. Questions? hello@graffitispot.app.
